Return & Refund Policy
3-Day Return Policy
We have a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.
Please mail us within 3 working days at ramanijewel@gmail.com along with your Order ID and reason for return.
Unboxing video is mandatory.
We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS for any reason. All returns/exchanges are eligible for store credits only. A gift card with unlimited validity will be issued.
The cost of reverse shipping (INR 60) will be borne by the customer. This amount will be deducted from your refund. The voucher will be issued after deducting INR 60 once the returned product is delivered back to us.
1. Damage & Missing Product
We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end.
Returns are only accepted if the customer receives a damaged product and reports it within 3 days of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video showing the damage.
If multiple products are purchased, only the damaged item will be accepted.
Store credit for the damaged product(s) will be issued within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
Please ensure:
- The video clearly shows the damage or missing part.
- The product, labels, and tags are shown clearly in the video.
- A 360-degree unpacking video is provided.
Insufficient evidence or tampered packaging may result in the claim being denied. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
2. Dislike
If you dislike a product upon delivery, email us within 3 days at ramanijewels@gmail.com for a reverse pickup request.
Shipping charges of INR 60 will be deducted from your refund.
We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS. All returns/exchanges will receive store credit only.
The gift voucher will be issued within 7 days after we receive the product, provided it is unused and in good condition.
Rejected returns will not receive a voucher.
Please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and answer the delivery partner’s calls. If missed, the reverse pickup may be canceled and will need to be rescheduled, delaying the process.
Some PIN codes may not support reverse pickup. In such cases, we may request you to use an alternate courier service.
Additional Notes:
- Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level, not by individual products.
- Individual jewelry pieces from a combo or gift box cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products bought during promotions, contests, clearance, or special schemes are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping & Delivery
You will receive an order confirmation email and confirmed orders will be dispatched within 4-5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details over Email & SMS. Shipping Policy
We at Ramani Jewels value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline.
- Shipping Fee within India: Free shipping on cart value of ₹999 or above. Alternately, flat ₹59 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than ₹999. This shipping fee is non refundable.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to alter his/her order post confirmation, he/she should either Whatsapp us at 9220931848 or email us at ramanijewels@gmail.com stating the ORDER No.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
Cancellation Policy
Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
