Ramani Jewels provides a Lifetime Warranty on all demi-fine Jewellery pieces, ensuring long-term assurance and usability for customers.
- For Demi-fine Jewellery :
Scope of Warranty :
- Covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible demi-fine Jewellery.
Warranty Resolution & Ramani Jewels Wallet :
Time from Delivery | Resolution |
0–6 months | Replacement of the item |
6–9 months | 50% of invoice value (valid for 6 months) |
9–12 months | 25% of invoice value (valid for 6 months) |
Beyond 12 months | 15% of invoice value (valid for 6 months) |
Ramani Jewels Wallet can be used online or in-store and is not refundable or transferable.
Exclusions from Warranty :
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from regular wear and tear
- Breakage due to mishandling
- Loss of stones or crystals
- Third-party alterations or resizing
- Custom Made Jewellery sets
- How to Raise a Warranty Claim :
Take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the tarnishing.
- Email the following to Support@ramanijewels.com
- Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”
- Description of the issue
- Photo evidence
- Once approved, we will initiate a pickup process and once the product reaches us it will go through the checking process.
- Once it passes the criterias we will initiate the coupon for 20% of invoice value.
Additional Notes :
- Claims are subject to inspection and validation by the Ramani Jewels team.
- Ramani Jewels reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not fall within warranty terms.
